One of the perplexing questions that plague the Bush Administration is it’s laissez-faire approach to America’s borders - in the midst of a War on Terror that has inspired this 
same administration to impose upon us all enormous economic costs, and a variety of compromises to state right, to private property right, to our civil liberties, and our unalienable rights.
